WHY PRACTCE YOGA? 

I believe that caring for yourself with delicious food and self-care is perfectly complemented by a yoga practice that soothes your soul, calms your mind, connects you to those around you,and gives you the chance to glory in the amazing capability of your body. 

Practicing yoga gives you an incredible opportunity to slow down, deepen your breath, and release the tension in your body. As you dive deeper the benefits can move beyond the physical to the realm of nurturing your body, soul, and spirit.

These yoga classes are designed to be safe spaces for you to come and explore your relationship with your body, while learning the postures designed to promote optimal health and wellbeing. 

Classes are held at Hot Yoga on 20th, though the classes are not heated. There is free parking after six in a lot across the street behind Freedom Functional Fitness. 

Whether you're new to practicing or have a deep love affair with your mat, I have classes that will suit your needs!

UPCOMING CLASSES

GENTLE YOGA FLOW: TUESDAYS 6:00-7:00PM

This 4-week yoga series is great for body, mind, and soul! It is designed for those with basic yoga experience, though beginners are always welcome. It will focus on creating a solid practice with clear, direct cues and safe postures. By keeping the class size small, you will receive more individualized support and guidance to help you deepen your yoga practice and become more comfortable in a gentle flow-style setting. 

This class provides gentle guidance through a simple yoga flow class with an emphasis on deep breathing and simple & effective postures. There is a focus on wellness through physical alignment, improved balance, increased flexibility, and mental relaxation. Each class will end with a short meditation and guided visualization to help you leave class feeling strong, relaxed, and ready to unwind from your day! You can register for 4 weeks, 8 weeks, or 12 weeks below.

Dates: January 10th to 31st and February 7th to 28th
