This Saskatoon cooking class will provide you with the foundations for creating healthy & nutritious meals and give you hands-on experience of preparing healthy sides and snacks so that you can leave educated and empowered by your new knowledge and skills in the kitchen.
This cooking class includes recipes for nutritious snacks & sides, handouts, kitchen demos, and a taste of delicious and super simple snacks & side dishes you can prepare in under 30 minutes to make your life easier and your body healthier!
In this cooking class you will be makingthe following healthy & nutritious snacks & sides:
• Sweet & Salty Kale Chips
• Crowd Pleasing Fennel, Leek, & Walnut Salad w/ Lemon Vinaigrette
• Divinely Decadent Chocolate Avocado Pudding
• Chewy Ginger Granola Bars
• Sweet as Apple Pie Smoothie
• Curry Roasted Chickpeas
Specifics: This cooking class on healthy snacks and sides is for up to 8 people and runs for approximately 2 hours. All groceries, aprons, an specialized equipment supplied by Caitlin. Please bring Tupperware or mason jars for leftovers.
