One of the foundations of good health is knowing how to prepare healthy snacks and meals to nourish your body without spending a ton of time in the kitchen.

This cooking class will provide you with the foundations for creating healthy & nutritious meals and give you hands-on experience of preparing healthy meals and snacks so that you can leave educated and empowered by your new knowledge and skills in the kitchen.

This cooking class includes recipes for nutritious meals & sides, handouts, hands-on experience, and a taste of delicious and super simple food you can prepare in under 30 minutes to make your life easier and your body healthier!

In this cooking class you will be makingthe following healthy & nutritious snacks & sides:

• Sweet & Salty Kale Chips

• Crowd Pleasing Fennel, Leek, & Walnut Salad w/ Pretty in Pink Grapfruit Red Onion Vinaigrette

• Divinely Decadent Chocolate Avocado Pudding

• Grain Free Black Bean Brownies

• Wild Rice & Toasted Almond Grain Bowl

• Zucchini Noodles with Basil Pesto

Specifics: This cooking class on healthy snacks and sides is for up to 10 people and runs for approximately 2 hours. All groceries, aprons, an specialized equipment supplied by Caitlin. Please bring Tupperware or mason jars for leftovers.
