This vegetarian cooking class teaches you some great new techniques and flavour combinations designed to help take your boring staples such as sweet potatoes, carrots, cabbage, and beets to the next level of deliciousness! And just to make sure you leave completely satisfied we’ll use some of the best winter warming spices such as ginger, cardamom, clove, and nutmeg to make a decadent dessert.
In this vegetarian cooking class you will be making:
• Easy Cabbage Roll Soup (Vegetarian)
• Veggie Pakoras
• Fresh Yogurt Dipping Sauce
• Seasonal Roasted Veggie Salad
• Tahini Lemon Dressing
• Mini Molasses Cakes with Goat Cheese Frosting
Specifics: This plant-based cooking class in Rothesay is for up to 10 people and runs for approximately 2 hours. Bring Tupperware or mason jars for leftovers.
