Starting October 16th, 2020 I have a beautiful, fun-filled, weekend planned at the beautiful The Quest at Christopher Lake where you’ll be surrounded by nature and wildlife overlooking the gorgeous Christopher Lake. You’ll be opening up your body, mind, and soul for renewal, growth, expansion, and relaxation.
I’ve had such a great time hosting over FIFTEEN Wellness Weekends that I wanted to keep the momentum going with another women’s retreat weekend chock full of personal growth, yoga, delicious food, community, and reconnection with nature.

Cait is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Culinary Nutrition Expert, and Yoga Teacher with a keen interest in keeping up to date on the latest and greatest in nutrition and wellness research. A chance to meet one another and share who you are & what brought you to the retreat.
9:00pm-10:00pm—Gentle Hatha & Yoga Nidra
We’ll participate in some very gentle hatha yoga to shake off the day before settling in for a gentle yoga nidra. This style of yoga is done completely motionless and is designed to get you into a deep state of relaxation to help prepare you for a blissful and rejuvenating night’s sleep!
Saturday October 17th: Discovery & Compassion

This practice is designed to open our bodies and minds to change and a new perspective on life. We’ll awaken our possibilities and become receptive to a new life, experiences, and physical practice.
9:15am-10:00am—Nutritionist Designed & Prepared Breakfast
Prepare yourself for a day of learning and growth with a nourishing & grounding breakfast lovingly prepared by Caitlin and Krista!
10:15am-11:15am—Group Coaching: Getting Comfortable with Discomfort
In life we often shy away from moments of discomfort and do everything we can do avoid or limit them. However, it is often in these moments of discomfort that growth and change occur.
In this coaching session you’ll be given the opportunity to connect with yourself and the other womxn in the group on a deeper level. We’ll dive into the limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviours that are keeping you stuck and preventing your from achieving your health and wellness goals.
Once you know what’s holding you back, you’ll be able to create a plan to actively move through these limiting behaviours to the life of your dreams.
11:30am-12:00pm—Walking Meditation
Reconnect with nature and learn how to meditate in the great outdoors to reduce stress and boost creativity!
12:30pm-1:30pm—Nutritionist Designed & Prepared Lunch
Refuel your body and soul with delicious, homemade, healing food to balance your energy!
1:30pm-2:30pm—Womxn’s Energetic Healing & Meditation Session with Krista de Feijeter
Krista has had a Master level in Reiki Energetic healing since 2006 and has been working on her own healing journey for over 20 years.
Her soul’s purpose is to lift herself up to empower as many womxn as possible through love and healing. This session will concentrate on group and individual energetic healing with the availability of hands on healing if you so choose. We will end the session with a beautiful, grounding meditation.
2:30pm-4:30pm—Free Time
Journal, work on your vision board, go for a walk, read, relax and chat in the common room.
4:30pm-6:00pm—Simplify Your Life: Easy Meals & Snacks on the Go!
This workshop includes recipes, handouts, demos, and samples of delicious and super simple meals you can prepare in under 30 minutes to make your life easier and your body healthier!
We’ll also talk about, demo, and taste some delicious snacks to whip up so you can make healthy eating on the go a breeze!
6:00pm-7:00pm—Nutritionist Designed & Prepared Dinner
We’ll be enjoying the fruits of our labour from the workshop.
In this session we’ll look at the stress response in the body and how we can control it through our breath and with our minds. We’ll learn some breathing techniques and be guided through a beautiful meditation to help prepare us for deep and restorative sleep.
8:00pm-However late you want!—Sinfully Delicious Chocolate Sampling & Vision Boarding Session
No life is complete without chocolate and you’ll end your evening by sampling some delicious homemade chocolate while creating a vision for your future and connecting with new friends.

Sunday October 18th: Rejuvenation & Looking Ahead

Start your day off right with a delicious, nourishing, and healing breakfast lovingly prepared by Caitlin & Krista!
10:15am-11:15am—Group Coaching: Building Your Self-Worth to Plan the Future
In this workshop we’ll explore the importance of building a loving and healthy relationship with yourself, just as you are, before you begin to set intentions or create goals for your future. From this place of loving kindness, ease, and compassion you will be able to create a tangible personalized wellness plan to guide your next steps.
11:30am-12:30pm Closing ceremony
We’ll finish up the weekend by sharing some of our realizations, highlights, and steps we’ll be taking post-retreat to bring our dreams and goals to fruition.
12:30pm-1:30pm—Nutritionist Designed & Prepared Lunch
Fill your belly and your soul with delicious food before heading back home to put your new skills into practice.
2:00pm—Checkout & Goodbyes
Take a last stroll around the grounds, capture your final thoughts in your journal, and say goodbye to the womxn who have supported you throughout the weekend. Don’t worry, we all stay in touch post-retreat!

Full refund 30 days prior to retreat. $150 deposit kept fewer than 30 days until retreat. No refund if cancelling fewer than 10 days prior to retreat. Retreats require a minimum of 6 participants in order to run.
