Staying committed to healthy eating can be tricky. When we’re running to and from school, work, rehearsals, or sports, it can feel like a recipe for failure.
In a situation where healthy eating is more challenging—a busy work schedule or an extended road trip, for example—we can very easily slip back into old, unhealthy eating patterns and habits. Many of us know reaching for convenience food through the drive-through window is unhealthy, but it’s just that: convenient. When we fail to plan, we’re planning to fail.
