Caitlin…, along with all the amazing women who attended this retreat truly changed my life forever. There are no words to describe the value that came out of this weekend. If you are looking for that “nudge” (as Jenn would say) to move you in the direction you so badly want to go but perhaps fear or uncertainty are holding you back, I encourage you to get in on their next retreat! Your future self will thank you for it!

Jessica Gallant

It’s tough to put into words the way that something like this can make you feel. If and when the next retreat happens, I absolutely recommend you go! (As I’m fairly certain I will be there!) Caitlin and Jenn I am forever grateful for the experience!

Mandy Morrison

Yoga Teacher, Mindful Escape Yoga & Wellness

This past weekend was the most inspiring, powerful, soul fulfilling time of my life. I experienced and saw strong and beautiful connections come to life, and this one between these awesome women was no exception! Michelle and Kirsten didn’t, for some reason, get to say goodbye to each other……so we flagged Kirsten down on the highway so they could have that last one soul connection. What I saw was so amazing (so I had to share😊)….and that’s what life is all about Thank you to everyone for sharing your heart. Just wow!
