This recipe is the perfect easy snack, side, spread, or dip to brighten up your day. It's loaded with tons of nutrients, loads of flavour, and is ready in under 5 minutes!
Peel avocados and add to medium sized mixing bowl.
Add green onion, cilantro, cherry tomatoes, garlic, zest and juice of
lime, and sea salt.
Using a fork, mash the avocado, herbs, & limes together until slightly creamy and still a little chunky.
Adjust sea salt and lime. You may want it tangier, so feel free to use the other half of the second lime.
Set in the fridge for an hour then enjoy!
