This delicious rice combines the anti-inflammatory power of turmeric with the brain-boosting power of coconut milk to create the best stir-fry base around!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp. rice or apple cider vinegar
Instructions

  3. Once boiled turn off heat, or reduce to simmer depending on the heat of your stove elements, and let sit, covered, for 25-30 minutes. DO NOT OPEN LID!
