Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups cashew cream cheese- see link below
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. tapioca flour/starch
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl whip together all ingredients until fluffy using a hand held mixer.

  2. Place in fridge to cool and firm.

  3. Use as a frosting on cakes and cookies.
