This recipe is packed with the perfect combination of sweet and sour thanks to apples, honey, and apple cider vinegar!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup ACV
  • 1 apple cored and cubed
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup oil of choice—olive MCT, hemp, walnut, or avocado
Instructions
  1. Add apple cider vinegar, apple cubes, garlic, mustard, and honey to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Slowly pour in oil of choice while blending until emulsified.
  3. Let chill and enjoy!
