These coaching packages are designed to help you get to the root cause of your body's imbalances through in-depth and individualized consultations. No more putting bandaids over symptoms and ignoring the real cause of your issues. Together we will dig deep to create your healthiest body and happiest life. 

As opposed to working in a group setting or trying to build your own action plan, I will guide you through the mountains of oftentimes contradictory nutrition information to find what is going to work for you. Together we will find the answers and tools you need to buid your Personalized Wellness Plan. Each package offers different levels of support, but they will all provide you with a clear outline on how to achieve your healthy living goals. 

Whether you are looking to lose weight, fall in love with your body, work on self-care and self-love, heal digestive issues, balance hormones, unleash your radiant, glowing skin, find more energy, or get to the root of your neurological imbalances we can work together to build you the plan to make it happen. 

The information in these plans is designed to give you guidance on where you can start making small and sustainable lifestyle changes that will lead to increased health and vitality over the long-term. With that being said, however, the success of your plan is entirely dependent on your willingness to follow the recommended guidelines and comply with the suggestions found within.

I can give you all the information in the world on health living and dietary changes, but if you don’t do the work then you won't see any changes. Fortunately, I can help give you the support you need to feel that you are worth putting in the effort for, as this feeling of not being worthy is at the root cause of so much of our self-sabotaging behaviours.
You will get out of your Personalized Wellness Plan exactly what you put in, so putting in your best effort will bring your goals to reality. With that being said, sometimes your best effort won't be perfect AND THAT IS OK. Just keep working towards your goal and you will get there. It might seem hard at first, but increasing your energy, your longevity, improving your outlook on life, and your quality of life are worth the effort.

Basic Nourishment

Who It's For

This package is great for you if you know what your goals and visions for the future look like and are looking for some guidance on how to make it happen. We will work together for 3 months as you implement your Personalized Wellness Plan and during this time you will receive 4 appointments that you can schedule at any point. The first two will be within the first 7 to 14 days. 

This package does not have the same level of support as the other options so it is great for you if you are looking for the roadmap but don't need me there every step of the way to make it happen.

What You Get
You will receive a personalized plan outlining the stepping-stones down your path to Nourishment. Each plan follows a 5-Step Process to Healing that will be individually tailored to meet the needs of your particular biochemistry, health status, primary goals, and concerns. 

Step 1: Rebalance The Health of Your Digestive System
So much of our health starts in the digestive tract, whether you present with traditional digestive issues or not. Everything from weight gain, hormonal imbalances, acne, eczema, depression, and autoimmune disease has been linked to imbalanced gut ecology. Depending on your case history we will look at where you need to start to rebalance your digestive system from top to bottom.

Step 2: Heal The Digestive Tract 
Oftentimes the imbalance in our digestive system can cause damage and inflammation to the sensitive tissues that make up this important body system. Getting to your root cause of digestive dis-ease and using therapeutic foods and nutrients to heal will set the foundation for long term health. 

Step 3: Targeted Nutritional & Supplement Support 
Once the digestive system is running optimally we will look at balancing nutrient levels in the body via targeted supplementation. This step will be designed to focus on your specific health concerns, budget, and preferences. We will use functional foods, herbs, and limited supplementation to ensure you reach your healing goals. 

Step 4: Stress Management Techniques 
Stress is a major player in chronic illness and disease. This step will focus on building in self-care routines and proven stress management techniques to help you stay calm, balanced, and healthy for years to come, no matter what life throws your way. 

Step 5: Customized Lifestyle Plan & Wellness Routine 
This final step will look at which aspects of your healing plan will be best to carry forward long term to help support you for the rest of your life. It will include diet and exercise recommendations, stress managment techniques, simple supplements for optimal health, self-care rituals, and an outline of the things YOU need to feel best in your life, based on your discoveries over the preceding three months. 

First Consultation- 1 Hour: 
First things first, you will tell me the main reasons you are coming to see me so that I can tailor an action plan that meets your individual goals. I will collect the intake forms filled out prior to your visit. We will have an intake interview to gather all the necessary information to get started. This will include your medical, emotional, and physical histories (the more in-depth, the better). We will discuss your five-day diet diary and lifestyle habits. I will provide you with an initial mini plan to get you started on your path to wellness.

Second Consultation- 30 Minutes:
7 days after initial appointment. We will go over any imbalances indicated from the previous session and I will provide an explanation of what’s going on inside that magnificent, if slightly imbalanced, body of yours. Together we will go over your Personalized Wellness Plan and start Steps 1 & 2. I will answer any questions you may have on how best to implement the strategies I have outlined.

Third Consultation- 30 Minutes: 
2-8 weeks after second appointment depending on severity of imbalance and preference. In this session we will take stock of where you are in terms of your goals and make any necessary adjustments to your plan based on your current status. I will provide a new Personalized Wellness Plan with Steps 3 & 4. 

Fourth Consultation- 30 Minutes: 
2-4 weeks after third appointment based on preference. In this consultation we will look at the aspects of your plan that works best and build a Long Term Lifestyle Plan based on Step 5 that you can implement once the healing phase is completed. This plan is designed to be a roadmap for long term health that can be tweaked and adjusted as your needs and desires change. You will receive ample guidance on how to make these adjustments as you move forward. 

INVESTMENT: $350 + tax or $120/month payment plan

Extra appointments can be booked at the rate of $75/each

This package is perfect for those who need a little bit of extra support to stay on track. Whether you are struggling with the belief that you are worth putting in the effort for or if you just need someone to remind you to keep doing the work, then this package will give you that extra motivation to reach your wellness goals.

All the features of Basic Nourishment Package plus: 

* Bi-Weekly 15 minute Skype or phone calls (6 total) to check in and answer any questions you may have. This is also a great opportunity to receive a boost of support and encouragement to keep you motivated to achieve your goals.

* Two additional 30 minute appointments, for a total of 6 appointments, to be booked any time during the 3 month coaching plan.

Who It's For

This package is for you if you are looking for a premium level of support and access to a coach in order to keep you accountable and on track throughout the duration of your plan.  

At this level you will receive unparalleled coaching support to ensure that you have all the tools you need in order to create healthy and lasting change in your life. Due to the involved nature of this level of coaching I have limited spots available.

What You Get

All the features of the Basic and Fully Nourished Packages plus: 

* An additional 3 months of support, meaning you will have 6 months to create a solid foundation from which to achieve your goals, thereby increasing the likelihood of success and lasting change. 

* A total of nine 30 minute appointments plus the 1 hour intake appointment to be spread throughout the 6 months at your discretion. The second appointment will be 7 days after the intake and the remaining appointments can be booked at any time.

* Bi-Weekly 15 minute phone check-ins for months 2-6 (10 total) to make sure you are on the right path and to keep your motivated and excited to achieve your goals.You will not receive follow-up notes for these sessions as they are designed to keep you motivated and accountable.
