Each package offers different levels of support, but they will all provide you with a clear outline on how to achieve your healthy living goals.

The information in these plans is designed to give you guidance on where you can start making small and sustainable lifestyle changes that will lead to increased health and vitality over the long-term. With that being said, however, the success of your plan is entirely dependent on your willingness to follow the recommended guidelines and comply with the suggestions found within.
I can give you all the information in the world on health living and dietary changes, but if you don’t do the work then you won't see any changes. Fortunately, I can help give you the support you need to feel that you are worth putting in the effort for, as this feeling of not being worthy is at the root cause of so much of our self-sabotaging behaviours.
You will get out of your Personalized Wellness Plan exactly what you put in, so putting in your best effort will bring your goals to reality. With that being said, sometimes your best effort won't be perfect AND THAT IS OK. Just keep working towards your goal and you will get there.
